As our GPM, you will lead the product management group responsible for Timely. This role involves direct management of 3 product managers, and collaboration with engineering, design, sales, customer operations, marketing peers across EverWell.

You will own the product portfolio that aims to grow product market fit for our Solo and Small business customers of Timely; ultimately increasing customer and business value for this group. You will provide oversight across multiple products, ensuring the right things are built at the right time and by doing so you’ll contribute to Timely achieving its goals. By seizing key opportunities for your portfolio in terms of new product offerings & segments, you will generate competitive advantage and enable this division to grow faster.

Key area's you'll focus on.

As a strategic and commercially minded Group Product Leader, you'll shape the product direction for our portfolio, ensuring every initiative delivers real customer and business impact. In this role, you’ll define and execute the group-level product strategy, balancing long-term vision with short-term goals. You’ll lead investment planning, manage budgets and forecasts, and make data-informed decisions to drive performance and maximise ROI. You’ll build and develop high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you’ll translate insights into impactful products that deliver measurable results. With strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you’ll ensure alignment across teams and clearly articulate your group’s vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external audiences.

What you'll bring.

  • 7+ years of prior experience leading SaaS products

  • 3+ years people leadership experience, with demonstrated track record of growing individuals and product teams.

  • Ability to manage investments for multiple products, can work with Product managers to determine initiatives that can maximize ROI

  • Preference for decisive actions with a test & iterate mindset centered on accelerating usage and revenue growth across multiple products.

  • Demonstrated experience in defining overall product strategy, as well as long term product roadmaps for multiple products

  • Proven experience collaborating with a diverse stakeholder group across engineering, marketing, customer operations and product management to realise commercial targets for multiple products.

  • Can build effective relationships across all levels of the business

  • Ability to assess commercial viability of products to either introduce, grow, mature or retire products and to either build, buy or partner on solutions.

  • A master storyteller who can connect people with a vision

  • Can effectively define goals for product team and coach product teams to deliver results through regular performance monitoring
