The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals for our full suite of agency services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a network of contractors or manufacturers in the home service industry with a history of growing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business and meet/exceed monthly revenue targets.
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound prospecting, and networking.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, content, and events for lead generation.
Prospecting & Networking:
Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build relationships.
Develop partnerships with complementary businesses to create referral opportunities.
Client Consultation & Solution Selling:
Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
Educate prospects on the value of our services, including website development, SEO, and paid media.
Provide tailored digital marketing solutions to clients based on their objectives.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and account management, to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Where: This role will be based remote with travel expected about 10% of the time to visit with team members or attend trade shows.
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000-95,000 USD Per Year, with additional $110,000 of commission eligible paid quarterly. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
