EverHealth seeks a Head of Professional Services to lead and scale our RCM and Clearinghouse service lines. As Head of Professional Services, you will own operational efficiency, drive growth through innovation, technology automation, and data-driven process excellence within our professional services capabilities. In partnership with the commercial and operational leaders, you will shape our long-term professional services vision—optimizing revenue cycle management, clearinghouse operations, and incubating new service lines that expand our healthcare SaaS and advisory portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Professional Services, aligning with corporate goals for revenue cycle, clearinghouse, and future service offerings.
  • Champion automation and AI adoption and design, implement, and continuously improve standardized processes, leveraging automation platforms, AI/ML tools, and analytics dashboards to boost operational throughput and reduce cycle times.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for utilization, customer satisfaction, service profitability, and time-to-value; proactively identify and remediate performance gaps; benchmark and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Commercial Teams to integrate customer feedback, drive service innovation, and inform product roadmap priorities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • In partnership with product teams, contribute to thought leadership through best-practice frameworks, whitepapers, and client workshops that showcase our expertise in RCM optimization and clearinghouse technologies.
  • Lead process improvement and change management initiatives across internal teams and BPO partners, leveraging best practices and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, including offshore and outsourced resources, to ensure accountability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Build scalable infrastructure — people, processes, platforms — to support current operations and future growth.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific requirements.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on talent development, engagement, and accountability, building a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving and customer obsession.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of professional services leadership experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-enabled services, with at least 5 years managing P&L and scaling teams.
  • 8+ years in leadership roles managing multi-site or global teams, including offshore vendors.
  • Proven track record leading complex RCM functions in healthcare technology, services, or SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, claims clearinghouse operations, billing & coding workflows, and emerging reimbursement models (value-based care, risk arrangements).
  • Proven track record implementing enterprise-grade professional services platforms, process automation, and data analytics to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing at the executive and board level.
  • Able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and make decisions quickly when required.
  • Strong business acumen: experience crafting service-line strategies, defining pricing structures, budgeting and forecasting, and achieving margin targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: history of partnering with C-suite executives, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated people leadership—hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CRCE, CHFP, or PMP a plus.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $190,000 to $210,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
