Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

As our Senior Marketing Manager for SalonBiz, your primary objective is to own the marketing plan for SalonBiz with responsibility for bringing the right teams together to execute across the marketing journey. You’ll build and manage marketing programs to increase acquisition, retention, referrals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will also be responsible for implementing a community strategy that enables our customers to connect, grow and learn from one another.
You’re a broadly experienced marketer that can operate on both the planning & executional levels and are not afraid to jump between brand & messaging, event execution, product marketing, customer engagement and digital marketing on any particular day. You’ll have exception stakeholder engagement skills, engaging the right people across the Everwell marketing team and beyond to support and deliver on the objectives set alongside the Head of Marketing and Managing Director for the US region.
As a remote role, with stakeholders in multiple time zones, the flexibility to work accountably in a dynamic environment is paramount to success in the role.
What you'll bring.
6+ years experience in a senior marketing role, ideally from the SaaS, tech or the beauty industry
A get stuff done attitude
Considerable experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders at the senior leadership level
Well rounded knowledge and experience across all marketing disciplines
A marketer with both creative and analytical capabilities including: market research, data analysis, understanding of different business disciplines connect to drive commercial outcomes
Creative flair to find resourceful solutions to core business challenges
Adaptable and can deal with ambiguity and changing/growing priorities, with an eye for prioritisation
Experience targeting multiple segments, and comfortable with forecasting and attribution across campaigns and initiatives
Proficient in cloud tools and working in a remote first environment
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline
A willingness to wear many hats and operate at both the planning and executional levels
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
