You thrive on turning insights into holistic action, whether that's through in-app messaging, workflow optimization, or feature-driven growth levers that remove barriers and accelerate payments adoption.

Become the expert on payments user journeys across both merchant and buyer experiences
Partner with design and research teams to understand customer pain points and unmet needs
Analyze user behavior data to identify gaps in performance and build compelling cases for product improvements

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product teams to integrate growth initiatives directly into product roadmaps
Partner with marketing to align on messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies that drive payments adoption
