Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of our product marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role is responsible for leading and executing integrated multi-channel GTM strategies with a focus on driving product adoption, increasing product utilization, maximizing retention, and growing revenue across the EverHealth product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs and have a demonstrated track record of successful product marketing initiatives. In this role you will collaborate with key Product, Marketing, Sales, Success and leadership teams to ensure EverHealth remains ahead of evolving trends in the SMB Healthcare IT space - including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Patient Engagement solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated marketing plans for service rollouts, enhancements, and campaigns in partnership with the Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring consistency and coordination across platforms and channels.
- Define and refine value propositions and positioning for service offerings, grounded in customer needs, competitive differentiation, and market dynamics. Build and maintain ICP, buying personas and messaging frameworks across EverHealth product portfolio.
- Support Sales Enablement efforts by creating and maintaining sales collateral and training materials. Equip GTM teams with the tools and knowledge required to position and sell effectively in a competitive landscape.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Serve as the internal expert on market trends and competitive dynamics, proactively advising leadership on strategic shifts and emerging threats.
- Enable the Revenue team with key market trends, competitive insights, and data driven marketing strategies that drive business impact. You will plan, coordinate, execute and report on the success of your strategic efforts and help the team better understand their ideal customers and competitors.
- Manage and maintain our third-party competitive intelligence tools and databases.
- Track competitor positioning, GTM motions, pricing, partnerships, product capabilities, and roadmap developments.
- Conduct and synthesize market research to identify emerging trends, buyer behaviors, and unmet needs in the SMB healthcare provider space.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts—including customer interviews, surveys and roundtables to uncover actionable insights on SMB healthcare practices. Partner with Growth Marketing to infuse Voice of the Customer (VoC) stories and metrics across marketing channels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Regularly review and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns using key metrics including conversion rates, product/feature adoption and customer engagement to identify areas of continuous improvement.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reports to present campaign findings and insights to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
Innovation and Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of emerging trends for ongoing refinement of Product Marketing methodologies and technology to ensure EverHealth remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years experience in product marketing. Healthcare SaaS, Healthcare Services or B2B SaaS background strongly preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to gather and interpret customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Strong technical acumen to understand and articulate product feature/benefits across multi-product portfolio.
Where: Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
