Are you an emerging designer with a passion for digital design, branding, and storytelling? At Jewlr, we’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to grow their skills while contributing to creative across multiple channels.

You’ll be a hands-on designer supporting the execution of high-quality creative across paid media ads, emailers, e-commerce, and emerging platforms—primarily focused on digital. Working closely with the Art Director and Senior Designers, you’ll help bring campaigns to life while learning how to create work that is both visually compelling and performance-driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the creation of multi-channel creative across paid social, email, website, product pages, and brand campaigns
  • Assist in designing e-commerce assets that enhance the onsite experience with clean, engaging layouts
  • Create engaging, on-brand content for marketing and CRM initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Marketing, and UX to execute cohesive design solutions
  • Adapt existing creative into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints using established guidelines
  • Help organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Support photoshoots and content creation when needed
  • Stay up to date on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team

Your Toolkit

  • 1–2 years of design experience (internships or freelance work welcome)
  • A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals in digital design (layout, typography, color)
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Basic understanding of designing for digital platforms (social, email, web)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects with guidance
  • Interest in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle branding is a plus

Pay Transparency

The annual salary range for this role is $55k - $70k CAD
