- Ensure every digital touchpoint is cohesive, intuitive, and aligned with Jane’s voice, delivering an experience that feels seamless and human.
- Advocate for data-informed, iterative improvements that strengthen the website’s role as a core marketing channel and a trusted resource for our customers.
- Help shape the future of Jane’s web presence into a high-performing, scalable platform that supports both marketing goals and practitioner needs.
The Experience We Feel We Need
- We're looking for someone who blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. You’re excited about turning insights into action, shaping digital experiences with purpose, and helping cross-functional teams do their best work.
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing or digital strategy.
- Proven ability to collaborate across remote and distributed teams, aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- Proficient in CMS platforms and A/B testing, with a sharp analytical mindset and hands-on experience in web analytics. A deep expertise is a strong asset.
- A strong understanding of UX and content architecture to improve visibility, usability, and conversion.
- Excellent project management skills. Able to plan, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Clear, compelling communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for translating strategy into action.
- A growth mindset and a love for experimentation, iteration, and learning by doing.
- Experience using customer and market insights to form hypotheses, drive test-and-learn initiatives, and inform site improvements.
- Comfortable partnering with Development and Operations to align requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
- Passionate about coaching internal partners, helping others understand the “why” behind web strategy and championing shared success.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
- Google application experience (GTM, GSC).
- Knowledge of search engine optimization – strategies, best practices, tools.
- Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with development teams.
