Responsibilities:
- Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery, optimizing for impact
- Elevate team effectiveness via effective decision-making, alignment to goals and accountability for progress
- Conduct ongoing user and market research, leveraging data, interviews, and industry insights to refine product strategy and roadmap
- Create clear, actionable product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide teams effectively
- Prioritize features and improvements based on user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility and data
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals, resolve ambiguity, and ensure timely, high-quality product releases
- Facilitate workshops, cross-team syncs, and product demos to ensure transparency and clarity about team activities
- Iterate on product pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies in partnership with sales and marketing
- Employ best practices in product discovery and delivery, instilling a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric decision-making
- Track and analyze product performance against key metrics
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role (e.g., product design, engineering, data analytics, user research) for technology-powered products
- Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques, with a track record of shipping successful features or products
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Track record of customer-centricity, effectively conducting customer interviews and integrating findings into the product roadmap
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, sales—while influencing stakeholders and executives through clear communication and data-backed recommendations
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate complex ideas simply
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or Oil & Gas sectors is an asset, as is familiarity with pricing strategies and in-product promotions
