Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers, responsible for driving growth, nurturing lasting partnerships, and ensuring the ongoing success of your accounts. What You'll Do

  • Cultivate strong, enduring client relationships as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Identify, pursue, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring you meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle, proactively addressing potential issues and maximizing customer satisfaction and renewals.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional experiences and strategic growth plans.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops both virtually and in-person, confidently communicating value.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on account status and opportunities.
  • Advocate for client needs, providing actionable feedback to internal teams and ensuring Introhive consistently delivers value.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and Introhive’s evolving product portfolio to better serve your customers.
  • Proactively identify key contacts, champions, and new business opportunities within accounts.
  • Travel Occasionally: Meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in SaaS account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive sponsors.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing accounts with a strong history of achieving sales and retention targets.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), and familiar with modern sales and marketing automation solutions.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, able to see the big picture and craft creative strategies.
  • Excellent team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept in client presentations and negotiations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Eager to embrace new challenges, learn about evolving technology, and grow professionally.

  • You consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities in your accounts.
  • Your customer portfolio demonstrates high renewal rates, strong loyalty, and a measurable reduction in churn.
  • Clients view you (and Introhive) as a trusted advisor, reaching out for strategic guidance and recommending us within their networks.
  • Account plans, forecasts, and CRM records are always accurate, complete, and actionable.
  • Your collaboration and customer advocacy help shape product roadmaps and improve the customer experience.
  • You’re seen as a go-to resource for industry trends and best practices, actively contributing to Introhive’s market leadership.
