  • Develop and execute demand gen strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring Introhive delivers on defined KPIs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and BD teams to drive pipeline generation across channels.
  • Working with Regional Growth Marketing Managers, support designing and implementing integrated and account-based marketing campaigns across email, digital, webinars, and events to meet our lead and pipeline targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including budgeting, venue selection, scheduling, contracting vendors, promotional activities, and post event analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of events: pre,during and post events.
  • Working with the marketing team, develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • In Collaboration with other members of the marketing team, develop and execute quarterly webinars and other virtual events including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee partnership with industry associations and develop plans for co-marketing activities and 3rd party advertising.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of all demand generation activities and identity opportunities to drive program efficiencies.


  • Minimum 5 years experience planning, implementing, and optimizing B2B SaaS demand-generation activities for mid-market and Enterprise accounts.
  • A deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnels and have run successful campaigns in close collaboration with sales and BD teams.
  • Experience building, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel (email, paid, SEO/SEM, events, etc.), upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Ability to shift roles seamlessly between operating strategically and leading day-to-day tactical execution. Experience driving projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Seasoned project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, Wordpress, G-Suite, Asana and other marketing technologies.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
