Senior Product Manager

At Interac, we design and deliver products and solutions that give Canadians control over their money so they can get more out of life. But that’s not all. Whether we’re leading real-time money movement, driving innovative commerce solutions like open payments for transit systems, or making advancements in new areas like verification and open banking, we are playing a key role in shaping the future of the digital economy in Canada.

Want to make a lasting impact amongst a community of creative thinkers, problem solvers, technical gurus and high-performance application developers? We want to hear from you.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and execution for a key product area. You’re expected to operate with autonomy, partner cross-functionally, and make customer-centric decisions that drive measurable business value. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product direction, influencing strategy, and guiding execution.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for a specific product or feature set.

  • Lead execution across the full product lifecycle — from discovery to launch — ensuring measurable impact.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to lead product discovery and delivery.

  • Define success metrics and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, client, data science) to launch and measure product performance.

  • Conduct market, user, and competitive research to inform priorities.

  • Translate complex customer needs and business goals into actionable, data-informed product requirements and success criteria.

  • Lead post-launch iteration using experimentation, metrics, and insights to drive product growth and retention.

  • Shape long-term product strategy by connecting customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.

  • Mentor junior PMs or leading cross-functional product squads to successful outcomes.

You bring:

  • 9+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering; MBA or Masters in relevant fields preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive alignment and influence decisions across orgs through clear communication.

  • Proven ability to assess technical design implications on scalability, extensibility, and long-term product innovation.

  • Proficient in applying data-driven product development practices (e.g., discovery frameworks, experimentation, product metrics, and OKRs).

  • Strong product sense and user empathy.

  • Strong track record of shipping successful products or features in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
