As a Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of product managers and own a key product domain. You’re responsible for shaping the strategy, setting goals, and ensuring your teams deliver valuable, usable, and feasible solutions to customers. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders and serve as a strategic operator and people leader.
You’ll be responsible for:
Own the product vision and roadmap across a product area or customer journey.
Own execution excellence and delivery outcomes across multiple product teams within your domain.
End-to-end accountability and ownership of product(s), including P&L management.
Lead product development across design, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Align cross-functional stakeholders and communicate progress across teams and leadership to ensure effective launches and adoption.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set product goals and priorities.
Represent the product organization in senior-level cross-functional discussions.
Prioritize initiatives using a strong understanding of customer needs, business goals, and technical tradeoffs.
Guide teams in defining and iterating on requirements using data, user feedback, and experimentation to optimize product outcomes.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams to use data and feedback loops for iterative product development.
Translate company strategy into clear product priorities and multi-quarter roadmaps across a product area.
Scale team by identifying capability gaps and driving hiring, process, or tooling improvements.
Cultivate a strong product culture of ownership, learning, and customer focus.
You bring:
9+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience, with 2+ years of people management and experience leading PMs or cross-functional squads.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering; MBA or Masters in relevant fields preferred.
Demonstrated ability to set communication standards and drive alignment across their teams and functions through clear communication.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Comfort working with executive leadership and influencing at a senior level.
Skilled at stakeholder management and navigating complex organizations.
Experience guiding PMs in technical depth and representing product in high-level architecture discussions.
Deep understanding of modern product development (e.g., dual-track agile, delivery/discovery integration, OKRs), with proven ability to mentor others in applying these practices.
Experience with metrics-driven product planning and execution.
Proven success leading product initiatives or domains from conception through launch and iteration.
Proven track record of managing cross functional teams and deliver results.
Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
