As Innovation Delivery Lead, you will be participating in innovative ideations & solutioning, designing & building proof of concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of the feature. You will also participate in scoping, planning, initiation, delivery and acceleration of the Innovation programs. You will create and maintain relevant technical documentation. You’ll be expected to perform analysis, implementation, test PoC & Prototypes, technical demonstrations and walk through. You will be expected to work with various SDLC methodologies and Agile software development environment.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building API specifications using OpenAPI specifications.
• Understanding cloud-native design principles and best practices.
• Writing technical documentation and guides.
• Designing, defining, and building efficient solutions for delivering proof of concept and prototype.
• Building solutions in web-based applications, API based backend applications, mobile applications for cross-platform.
• Grasping the business requirements and designing the applications.
• Working alongside with peer developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You bring:

• A University Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ year experience as full stack developer or similar role.
• Experience in developing API services using Java Springboot, JPA/Hibernate, REST, JSON, OAuth2, JWT/JWE/JWS, etc.
• Experience in designing and developing web applications and portals using AngularJS, Node.JS, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript/ES6.
• DevOps Experience in open-source tooling required (JIRA, GitHub, etc.).
• Experience with microservices, containerized applications, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud technologies.
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL etc. Experience in No-SQL DBs is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• An ability to keep pace with new technologies and to apply them appropriately.
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written (technical documentation).
• Experience participating in the overall delivery of software components as part of an agile development process.
• Experience in mobile development is an advantage.
