AppOps Customer Experience Analyst Intern

Reporting to the Leader, AppsOps – Debit, the AppOps Customer Experience Analyst Intern plays a supportive role in driving customers' experience, supporting our commercial services and operations.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Interac customer experience journey & service management cycle with business recommendations and data analysis

  • Breaking down the end-to-end customer experience journey and identifying key points that will positively influence the Interac experience index

  • Presenting your data analysis to their respective stakeholders and translating their requirements into reporting deliverables that will ultimately support multiple Interac products lines

  • Creating reports and providing data-based recommendations that will support business decision-making, identify client opportunities, find common data trends

  • Developing performance metrics to define and recommend key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Analyzing data in Excel and Tableau and assisting with dashboard and report generation and delivering ad-hoc reports as required

You bring:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university or college program in a relevant discipline, like math or business administration

  • A self-starter mindset with a drive for continuous learning and desire to research and implement new solutions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools

  • Solid verbal, written and analytical communication skills. You are able to articulate your data analysis succinctly to different people.

  • Comfortable with learning and working effectively either independently or with groups across different functions and levels – you’re able to understand what someone’s goals are and translate them into actionable items.

  • You are a creative and adaptive problem-solver with a demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiative – you are known for being responsive to everyone’s needs.

  • Understanding that success is in the details – you tend to notice things that others don't.

  • Proven time management and organization skills. You are able to prioritize and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines

  • Although not required, you have some familiarity or previous experience with the following:

    • Tableau

    • Power BI


Workstyle: Hybrid*

Location: Toronto

Term: Sept - December 2024

Duration: Monday - Friday

*Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
