Vendor Management, Lead

At Interac, we design and deliver products and solutions that give Canadians control over their money so they can get more out of life. But that’s not all. Whether we’re leading real-time money movement, driving innovative commerce solutions like open payments for transit systems, or making advancements in new areas like verification and open banking, we are playing a key role in shaping the future of the digital economy in Canada.

Want to make a lasting impact amongst a community of creative thinkers, problem solvers, and high-performance application developers? We want to hear from you.

The Vendor Management, Lead will establish and maintain positive, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships between Interac and its vendors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors and play a crucial role in ensuring that the products/services provided by the vendor align with Interac’s needs and expectations.

  • Understanding Interac’s strategic priorities and communicating them to the vendor, collaborating with the vendor to align offerings with Interac’s future needs and identifying opportunities for cost saving and process improvements in vendor relationships.

  • Addressing and resolving issues/conflicts that arise during Interac’s relationship with the vendor. Respond to concerns raised by both Interac and the vendor, work to prevent potential issues and proactively identify solutions and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve conflicts.

You bring:
