We're seeking a talented Lead, Sales Enablement to spearhead our sales effectiveness and optimize our commercial technology platforms. Reporting to the Leader, Client Strategy, you'll lead the management, monitoring, and utilization of our CRM and sales enablement platforms. You'll champion change management initiatives, developing a deep understanding of user needs and building the roadmap to execute on enhancements. Your mission is to craft a seamless, elevated user experience that enables revenue generation and empowers our client team to reach new heights.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and execution of the roadmap for CRM and Sales Enablement Platforms to optimize sales teams' time and tools.

  • Collaborating closely with sales leadership to identify and address performance gaps, implementing revenue generation strategies and programs.

  • Managing sales and commercial technology programs, overseeing implementation, vendor relations, data integrity, and performance monitoring.

  • Developing and execute sales effectiveness training programs, ensuring consistent understanding and application across all teams.

  • Championing change management efforts for key initiatives, driving widespread adoption and engagement.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging CRM technologies, recommending innovative solutions for a competitive edge.

  • Collaborating with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, manage upgrades, and enhance tech platform functionality.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to SLAs.

You bring:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with a focus on technology platforms and training initiatives.

  • Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Enablement Platforms

  • Experience with change management methodologies and driving adoption of new initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet business goals.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Experience with the payments and financial services industry a plus.
