The Brand Activation, Coordinatorreporting to the Leader, Sponsorships & Partner Marketingwill play a key role in coordinating successful program delivery across many areas: internal, external and digital corporate communications, public relations, digital content, employee engagement, and partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Writing and editing for all audiences.

  • Being organized and managing coordination across different teams.

  • Managing the administration of digital communication platforms: Wordpress, Sharepoint etc.

  • Managing basic video editing platforms or light image editing.

  • Creatively using and getting the most out of Microsoft Office Suite products, e.g. Power Point.

  • Producing and sharing digital analytics to support reporting for internal audiences.

  • Learning and implementing the latest best practices and trends in communications and PR.

  • Supporting multiple projects across teams.

You bring:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Communications (any combination of internal or external).

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

  • A University degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (e.g., PR, Communications, Marketing).

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong technical skills and the ability learn and navigate new software quickly and effectively.

  • The ability to listen to, understand and respond appropriately and effectively when interacting with others.

  • The skills required to prioritize a high workload effectively, respond well to pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing business and partner needs.

  • Some skills in graphic design and video editing and are eager to learn more.

  • The attitude of a flexible team player ready to pitch in where you are needed and are a self-starter who can navigate times of ambiguity.

  • The ability to communicate in French (nice-to-have skill).
