Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, as the leader of HR & Workforce Strategy, you will be the discipline expert responsible for influencing cultural evolution to drive engagement, workforce productivity, and performance within Interac. This role carries the ownership of the HR strategy process, manages workforce planning, and plays a pivotal role in influencing the employer brand, attraction, and sourcing strategy. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping Interac's talent pool and fostering a culture that aligns with the organization's mission and industry best practices.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and leading the overall HR strategy planning process, ensuring alignment with Interac's mission, vision, and organizational goals.

  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies complement and support the broader business strategy.

  • Continuously assessing and refining HR strategies in response to changing business conditions and external factors.

  • Championing culture strategies and roadmaps that align with business outcomes, fostering the desired culture within Interac based on industry best practices and culture assessments.

  • Overseeing the development and execution of HR-related workforce planning initiatives, ensuring that Interac has the right talent in the right roles.

  • Conducting research on future workforce trends and applying such to HR thought leadership and strategy.

  • In collaboration with the HR Practice Leader, evolve the talent attraction strategy, leveraging the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and designation as a best-in-class employer.

  • Providing insights to inform HR dashboards and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Offering data-driven insights to HR and business leaders.

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

You Bring:

  • Champion and thought leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and embed DEI principles within Interac's culture and processes

  • Strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external partners to drive the organization forward

  • Proficient in data analysis and insights generation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience commensurate with the role requirements.

  • An HR strategist with a minimum of 10 years experience across various HR disciplines, with particular emphasis on cultural evolution and transformation.
