You’ll be responsible for:
Stewardship over multi-year technology strategies for Interac products
Chairing product and platform-aligned solutions forums
Leading a team of domain architects and senior technical experts in the delivery of architectures that iteratively advance capabilities along a strategic roadmap for change
Guiding and mentoring teams in the development of architectures, designs, and patterns
Representing Technology & Operations in product and/or platform release cycles and influencing features, epics, etc. to realize technology strategies and address technical debt
Overseeing trials for new modes of delivering, releasing, and/or operating software, with accountability for their integrity and results
Direct contribution to the operationalization of new delivery models
Practiced Information Technology professionally for at least 8 years
At least 3-5 years of experience delivering and designing software applications
Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
Experience in application or solutions architecture, and/or an interest in pursuing Solutions Architecture as a discipline in the near future, and developing in that role
Direct experience with applications that release software on cloud infrastructure (public, private, or hybrid)
Lead teams of IT professionals in either the delivery of software, or the architecture, prototyping, and design of software solutions
Experience with online transaction processing applications that have stringent requirements for availability (four or five nines) and resilience (very low RTO, RPO), in an “always on” model
