What You’ll Be Doing:

We're seeking an intermediate IT Analyst to own and evolve our IT operations. You'll be the technical backbone that enables our team to work securely and efficiently, while building scalable processes for our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how we operate, from security frameworks to daily support.

What We Need:

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Own the transition from BYOD to company-owned devices, including policy development, tool selection, and implementation
  • Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding workflows, access provisioning, equipment deployment, and secure offboarding
  • Administer Google Workspace including user management, security policies, and organizational settings
  • Deploy and configure Mac/Windows laptops with appropriate security controls and software
  • Research, evaluate, and implement enterprise solutions (MDM, endpoint protection, VPN, SSO)
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and procurement processes
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software and hardware
  • Manage all corporate software, finding ways to save money and sending receipts to finance monthly,

Security & Compliance

  • Own SOC2 compliance using Drata, ensuring controls are operating effectively and evidence is collected
  • Manage security awareness training through KnowBe4
  • Implement and monitor security tools across endpoints and cloud services
  • Conduct regular access reviews and maintain least-privilege principles
  • Document and update IT policies, procedures, and incident response plans

Support & Collaboration

  • Provide responsive IT support while maintaining SLAs
  • Partner with Finance and Engineering leadership on budget planning and software procurement
  • Support Sales team with technical sections of RFPs and whitepapers
  • Assist Customer Support during peak periods or when specialized technical knowledge is needed
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for IT processes and systems

What You Have:

  • Minimum 4 years of IT administration experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, or similar)
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Experience managing IT in a Windows/Mac mixed environment
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and identity management
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management
  • Track record of supporting compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn, staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices.
  • Problem-solving mindset, ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • A self-starter, capable of working independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • A proven track record of working in agile environments and driving collaborative decision-making.
