With that in mind, we developed InsideAssist, an RCM (revenue cycle management) automation platform that helps RCM teams boost productivity, scale efficiently, gain workflow visibility, and enhance outcomes through automation and analytics.

The Role

As a Data Integration Manager with dental and claims knowledge, you will be responsible for the proactive management of mission-critical data connections from client practice management systems and also from payor data sources, a “heart monitor” of our business. In addition to monitoring data connections, you will take the lead on customer-facing product installations. You will have a wide mandate to work collaboratively with customer success, product management, partners, and customers. You relish being part of a small and mighty team united by common purpose. Experience in the dental space is a must.

Your Responsibilities

  • Daily proactive monitoring of end-to-end data connections.
  • Establishing issue response thresholds/SLAs and processes (think DEFCON) that encompass internal engineering resources as well as external partner teams when necessary.
  • Develop/modify KPIs as needed to insure data driven decision-making and responses.
  • Manage customer success escalations related to connectivity concerns; mobilize resources and/or deliver empathetic training to resolve issues.
  • Manage new customer installation scheduling and execution, drive delight
  • Contribute, and collaborate with any external data partners, establishing, managing, and monitoring SLAs.
  • Regularly communicate the health of connections via concise and clear dashboards/KPIs, communicating effectively across the organization and partners.
  • Actively participate in and contribute RCM expertise to product management and development efforts as needed.

Your background

  • 2-5 years experience working in the American dental space, with an emphasis on or direct experience in revenue cycle management and/or dental practice management systems.
  • Technical familiarity and comfort with database logic, data transmission, data synchronization technologies.
  • Comfort and experience bridging any gaps between technical/non-technical communications
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for collaboration across a distributed team.
  • Deep empathy and listening skills. Thinking first from the perspective of users and customers.
  • Intellectual curiosity. A passion for process and finding solutions.
  • Initiative. A demonstrated self-starter.
  • Acts with urgency and demonstrates sound risk-weighted judgment.

  • Ability to work remotely with teams as well as flexibility to travel if needed.
