We’re a SaaS start-up that uses Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation to streamline and enhance the Revenue Cycle Management of dental offices. We have one of the largest Dental Service Organizations in North America (425+ dental offices) as a client, and we’re onboarding new clients to our platform all the time. We make our customers’ lives and jobs easier by giving them actionable insights on insurance claims, which allows them to be more efficient and recover more revenue for their businesses.Life at a startup can be different from one day to the next – which is part of what makes it fun and challenging. On a day to day basis, you can expect to be doing things like:
- Working with our Product Management team to understand business needs and design technical solutions to meet those needs
- Implementing and supporting the web architecture for our multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Ensuring our products are designed for performance, scalability, maintainability, and security
- Working to enhance the developer experience through improvements to our CI/CD platform and automated test infrastructure
- Participating in planning meetings, product demos, and retrospectives
- Evolving our REST API
- Implementing our first class user experience
- React, Javascript/Typescript
- Node.js, Puppeteer, Python
- Postgres DB, Dynamo DB, SQL
- AWS Lambdas, S3, EC2, Fargate, SQS
- Docker
- A degree or diploma in computer science (or similar), or equivalent practical experience
- An understanding of agile development practices
