As an Configuration Analyst, you’ll contribute to the successful configuration and deployment of our proprietary Telus Health software. You’ll support clients through implementation and post-go-live phases, applying your growing industry knowledge and technical skills in a collaborative team environment.


What you’ll do

  • Support the configuration of employee benefit platform with our proprietary TELUS Health software to meet the unique needs of new and existing clients.

  • Perform analysis on business requirements

  • Participate in solution design sessions with senior team members and translate findings into system specifications.

  • Collaborate with team leads and implementation managers to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

  • Set realistic and achievable expectations for deliverables.

  • Conduct initial testing of configured solutions and support defect resolution.

  • Help prepare training materials and contribute to knowledge transfer sessions.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.

  • Participate in internal training and team discussions to continue building your expertise.

  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned.

  • Promote teamwork and collegiality in the work environment

  • Promote TELUS Health as the service provider of choice in the industry

  • Observe the corporate values of TELUS Health

What you bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS, payroll systems, finance systems implementation, or a related industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience is required

  • Solid SQL knowledge and proficiency in at least one coding language.

  • Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative solution development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex system challenges.

  • Exposure to ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript

  • Self-directed, dedicated team player who demonstrates the ability to take initiative

  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments

  • Reliable, consistent, flexible and adaptable
