What you’ll do

• Answering calls from employers and supporting them with the transmission of pension plan data
• Analyze and verify member data and files
• Ensure file follow-up and complete information related to file updates in the various software programs
• Validate and enter data in various databases and systems
• Perform other tasks related with this function

What you bring

• College diploma in office administration or the equivalent
• Good customer service skills and ability to explain things in non-technical language
• Very good communication skills, excellent French and intermediate English, both oral and written
• Attention to detail, organization, and professionalism
• Flexibility, availability, and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Good learning skills and good professional judgment
• Good sense of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word and Excel)
• Experience in pension plan administration an asset
