As part of our ongoing mission, we are looking to expand our team to help organisations build healthier and more supportive workplaces.

About The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Wellbeing and Assessment Psychologist to join our Assessment and Advisory Team. In this role, you’ll focus on conducting employee wellbeing checks to help businesses proactively manage employee wellbeing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, peers, and leadership effectively.

  • Experience in interpreting psychometric assessment tools and preparing brief reports.

  • Highly desirable: Accredited to interpret Hogans assessments (HPI, HDS & MVPS).

  • Highly desirable: Familiarity with a range of assessments (including PAI, NEO, DASS-21, PCL-5, K10, ProQOL, M-PULSE, AUDIT)

For You

  • Flexibility: Work from home with adaptable hours that suit your lifestyle, giving you autonomy and work-life balance.

  • Support: Benefit from mentoring by senior clinicians, external supervision and peer consultation to help you grow in your role.

  • Professional Development: Receive training on our wellbeing services and programs, along with access to professional development courses.

  • Benefits: Enjoy 2 wellbeing days per year, volunteer day, and a generous parental leave policy. Plus, work in a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team that values both personal and professional wellbeing.
