This is a remote position.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and C# across frontend and backend architectures.
- Develop reusable services and shared business logic to support application scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform growth.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform across AWS services.
- Develop and maintain automated testing solutions to support application quality and reliability.
- Contribute to modern frontend architecture, including microfrontend applications and state management solutions.
- Work with PostgreSQL to develop and maintain database schemas, migrations, queries, and data access solutions.
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and application deployments.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and deliver new platform capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives while leveraging AI coding assistants to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional software development experience building commercial software applications.
- Strong experience developing modern full stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, including frameworks such as NestJS, Fastify, or similar web server frameworks.
- Strong experience with AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL, including database development and migrations.
- Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Jest and Playwright for automated testing.
- Experience working with Docker and modern cloud-native application environments.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET is required.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry and application observability tools.
- Familiarity with security and dependency scanning tools such as GitGuardian, Veracode, and Sonatype.
- Experience building or working with AI-powered testing or development agents.
- Experience with accessibility testing, including pa11y.
- Familiarity with Amplitude or other product analytics platforms.
