About the Role:
We’re looking for a Program Delivery Lead to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Vice President, Operations & Product to lead delivery across both software projects and client deployments. You’ll manage schedules, timelines, and project plans while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and moving. You’ll play an essential role in helping us deliver high-quality projects, support enterprise clients, and strengthen our internal delivery practice as we scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Delivering multiple client deployment projects on time and with quality.
- Primary responsibility will be managing schedules and dependencies and delivering successful client deployments.
- Secondary priority is helping drive ongoing product development delivery.
- Reporting project status and risks up to leadership.
- Managing timelines, dependencies, risks, multiple streams for multiple projects.
- Solving delivery problems.
- Recommending and implementing operational and process improvements.
- Evangelizing InnerSpace Delivery methods across the company.
What You Bring:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or showcase equivalent hands-on work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects, deployments, or technical delivery.
- Comfort managing schedules, building project plans, and coordinating timelines across teams.
- Experience leading Agile (Scrum and Kanban) - based projects in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand the needs of deployment-driven work.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on clarity and follow-through.
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion, even when navigating obstacles or shifting priorities.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or complex stakeholder groups.
- Agile or project management training and certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, SAFe) are an asset.
