About the Role:InnerSpace is looking for a Solutions Engineer. Here’s what this role means to us:

You will own the delivery of customer facing products at InnerSpace.

Delivery starts with deployment proposals, the integration of the InnerSpace software solution into existing systems or leading physical deployments of new hardware, ensuring the quality of the solution, delivering product to the customer, and being accountable for product quality for the life of the customer contract. Customer facing products include data, dashboards, onboarding tools, signage and APIs. You will provide strategic and technical direction for customer facing products and delivery to the product team for prioritization.

Ultimately, you keep customers happy by delivering quality products on time.

What you’ll do

  • Work with sales to assess, plan and execute customer deployments
  • Work with account management to ensure customer feedback is translated into technical requirements for the product team / roadmap
  • Lead customer onboarding and deployments
  • Build deployment plans for large corporate facilities
  • Be the single point of contact for customers and internal teams for the technical aspects and support of customer facing product
  • Identify and scope custom work for prioritization
  • Ensure quality of data and customer facing product
  • Provide strategic direction of customer facing product for prioritization
  • Provide technical leadership for customer facing product
  • Evolve and streamline the delivery process
  • Customer Satisfaction is one of your top priorities
  • Use your technical expertise to investigate and solve problems
  • Be an active contributor to customer facing product development

Your experience, skills, and knowledge

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in solutions engineering or similar role for technology deployments in large facilities (example, security, network infrastructure, etc).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Proven strength in building and maintaining solid business and IT relationships.
  • Confident and credible with the presence and communication skills to effectively represent InnerSpace across diverse audiences of business and IT professionals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to effectively manage change.
  • Ability to balance priorities on multiple levels in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Involvement with complex projects with multi-tier architecture in a global and regional environment.
  • Practice in linking cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of system and software delivery/deployment best practices and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with floor plans and how to read them is an asset.
