What We’re Looking For

InnerSpace is looking for a world class Marketing Manager to take the lead in our marketing and advertising efforts, overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives.

Candidates will have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet InnerSpace’s changing needs. You have a knack for understanding people and building awareness of how products and services can satisfy our needs. To be successful in this role, you will have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising campaigns!

What You’ll Do

  • Identify target audiences, establish positioning, and develop creative marketing plans to support business objectives and support various verticals
  • Analyse consumer trends, customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Present insights and go-to-market strategies with formal proposals to the management team and provide recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop strategies and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support to drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of previous work experience in a marketing role in early-stage Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Strong track record in building and executing multi-channel campaigns in an Enterprise B2B/ SaaS space
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience in creating and executing content and social media calendars
  • Experience in working with and managing vendor relationships
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
  • Strong leadership skills (previous experience in a leadership role would be highly desired)
  • Bias towards action and pace.
