As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives, including programs, processes, and solutions, aimed at identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent aligned with the organization’s goals and culture. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts high-quality candidates through data-driven recruitment strategies, strong employer branding, and a seamless candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

Full cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple locations;
Brings new and innovating sourcing pipelines;
Partners with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow;
Uses social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates;
Manages the overall candidate experience, coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvement;
Executes candidate workflow within Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter;
Monitors and reduces the costs of the recruitment process.

What You'll Bring To BIC:

5+ years' recruiting experience including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role;
Fluency in English. Additional language is a plus;
Experience with tools and technology such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is required;
International recruitment experience, within Europe being a strong plus;
Past experience in the FMCG sector is a plus;
Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills;
A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates;
Demonstrated experience establishing customer relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required.
