The Manager Procurement Business Partnering acts as the procurement SPOC for the regional and local business, facilitating the delivery of Procurement and Packaging Engineering performance in the region. Challenging demand requirements, supporting innovation and coordinating project implementation. Provides procurement technical expertise and advice to key stakeholders, including procurement and packaging engineering planning. Implements procurement plans and strategies to meet business needs, enhance stakeholder engagement, Manage an effective interaction and collaboration with Sustainable Procurement, Supply Management, Center of Excellence and Operational Procurement teams.

  • Coordinate and execute strategic planning & targets: Interact with business leaders to understand their needs, big bets and manage the demand, work closely with them to implement objectives and deliver them together.
  • Translates the regional and local needs and demand to the Procurement and Packaging Engineering Teams, works in close working relationship with Supply Management and Sustainable Development, is responsible for communicating any changes in forecast, demand and need.
  • Challenges requirements and needs with stakeholders.
  • Partners with Supply Managers in supporting regional supplier relationship management.
  • Projects implementation: Realize demand opportunities and ideate innovation initiatives,
  • Analyses data and financial reports to advice the business and prepare regular reviews with the business
  • Provides relevant information to other BIC stakeholders when needed to comply with their responsibilities.
  • Leads Strategic regional Projects from a P&PE perspective.
  • Understands the overall regional business and P&PE activities.

Qualifications:

  • Complete graduation in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related areas.
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement roles
  • Advanced English level
