As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the growth of the BIC portfolios across Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Baltics mainly for Stationery category in order to deliver yearly budget volume and value targets. This role will include extensive number of Trade marketing activities and limited number of 360 Marketing campaigns.
In this role you will:

Champion market data and insight across the business for FMCG

Identify new opportunities to drive market forward (e.g. in-store activations, on-pack promotions etc)

Prepare new products launches or line extensions and adapt existing product mix on hero families

Develop packaging and PoS/PoP creatives in close collaboration with artwork manager

Develop and create added value tools to support countries launches and marketing plans: Communication (print, PR etc.), In-store material, Selling arguments

Support development, implementation and management of the full activation plans for the Stationery portfolio in collaboration with local sales teams

Support, motivate and inspire the sales teams and sales customers to deliver the plans and achieve results

Preparation, implementation & monitoring of brand support budget ensuring planned spend does not exceed budget

Regular tracking of consumer activation and packaging spend

Develop in-store and online initiatives to drive loyalty

Liaison with Europe Marketing to deliver any NPD on time
What you'll bring to BIC:

Higher Education (in Marketing discipline preferred)
-
Minimum 2 years relevant experience (e.g. Marketing / Trade Marketing / Cat Man / Sales etc.) within FMCG industry

Fluent in English

Ability to use MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

Collaboration, interpersonal skills, analytical mindset

Knowledge of Czech, Slovakian or Hungarian would be nice to have
