Inkblot Therapy by GreenShield Health is professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to provide effective and affordable mental health solutions for individuals and organizations. Inkblot’s Specialized Services is looking to expand our provider resources. Specifically, we are actively recruiting Psychologists to join Inkblot Assessment Services program.

Job Description:

Join our Specialized Services Network and offer both virtual and/or in-person specialized assessment services. The assessment services focus on Substance Use, WorkHealth, and Trauma. We provide templated semi-structured assessment interviews and reporting templates to facilitate your work. Assessment tools are completed online by clients and a computer-generated interpretive report is provided to you to support your clinical judgment and case conceptualization.

Professional and Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
• Registered Psychologist and in good standing in your respective province;
• Experience and training in completing formal assessments, such as the MMPI and diagnosis;
• Experience and training with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT);
• Minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance coverage;
• Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset but not required for all provinces.

What will be expected of you:

As a member of the Inkblot Specialized Services Network, your role is to:

• Be reliable and punctual Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients;
• Maintain thorough record and progress of sessions
• Remain calm and effective in challenging situations Comply with all Inkblot policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Conduct sessions according to best practice standards
• Be non-judgemental and accepting of diverse values and beliefs

Salary: $200.00 per hour
