The Salesforce AI Architect leads the integration of generative and predictive AI within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role defines strategy and architecture for AI-powered insights, copilots, and automations that enhance productivity and decision-making across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI and data solutions leveraging Einstein, Copilot, and external LLMs.
- Design prompt and response pipelines, ensuring compliance and data security.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases with measurable ROI.
- Govern model usage, prompt engineering standards, and ethical AI design.
- Evaluate new AI features, APIs, and integrations for platform readiness.
- 7+ years Salesforce architecture experience with exposure to AI, analytics, or automation.
- Familiarity with Einstein Copilot, GPT integrations, and API orchestration.
- Strong grounding in data privacy, model governance, and prompt engineering.
- Salesforce AI Associate or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or Vertex AI integrations.
- Knowledge of Data Cloud and predictive analytics pipelines.
- Familiarity with MLOps and data governance best practices.
