We need a shooter who can film sharp, scripted social media content in a run-and-gun environment. Most shoots involve short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) plus some long-form filming. You’ll be moving between setups, filming fast, and keeping the footage clean. Our team handles the editing. Your job is to give us great footage.
What You’ll Do
- Film scripted short-form content in different spots around one building.
- Capture clean handheld and tripod shots.
- Handle basic lighting and audio setup.
- Keep shoots efficient. Reset. Shoot again. Move to the next setup.
- Suggest angles, compositions, and visuals on the spot.
- Upload organized footage to my editing team via Google Drive.
Required Gear
You must own a modern mirrorless camera capable of clean 4K and strong autofocus.
Acceptable options include:
- Canon R6 Mark II, Canon R5, Canon R7
- Sony A7 IV, Sony A7S III, Sony FX30
- Or equivalent full-frame or APS-C mirrorless camera
What You Need
- Strong shooting ability with mirrorless cameras.
- Understanding of what looks good on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to move quick and produce polished results.
- Good instincts for lighting, audio, and framing.
- Comfort working in different indoor/outdoor environments.
- A reel that shows you can shoot clean, sharp content.

- Experience filming social-first creators.
