About FacilityOS
FacilityOS is redefining how organizations manage facilities and operations by unifying workflows, data, and automation into one intelligent platform. We serve facility directors, operators, and frontline teams who need real-time clarity and efficiency across their buildings and assets. As we scale, we’re expanding our Product Development Team with a strategic, experienced Senior Product Manager who will identify and develop new capabilities, and new business models through integrations and partnerships with relevant players. The incumbent collaborates with both internal business stakeholders and potential partners to identify, design, and execute opportunities through proofs-of-value, co-development, and incubation.
At FacilityOS, we are focused on fostering an innovative and collaborative work culture that recognizes and values the contribution of every individual. We prioritize employee engagement, actively encouraging participation and the sharing of information and ideas.
This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least two days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.
Role Overview
As Senior Product Manager, Partnerships & Integrations, you will define and execute the strategy that expands our platform beyond its core capabilities. This is a new function and role within our Product organization and reports directly to the VP of Product Product Management.
You will own how we identify, evaluate, and deliver integrations, partnerships, and—where appropriate—acquisitions that unlock new customer value, accelerate growth, and strengthen our ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, platform development, partnerships, and go-to-market execution, and requires comfort operating in ambiguity with significant autonomy.
You Will Own
Define the Partner & Integration Strategy
- Define and execute a roadmap that strengthens our ecosystem through high-impact integrations and partnerships.
- Identify partner opportunities aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a clear build vs. partner vs. acquire decision framework to guide strategic choices.
- Evaluate potential partners and acquisition targets from a product, technical, and customer-value perspective, in collaboration with executive leadership.
Build Scalable Integration Experiences
- Translate partner capabilities into clear product requirements, user journeys, API needs, and success criteria.
- Design scalable, repeatable integration patterns and platform capabilities that avoid one-off solutions.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, extensible, and deliver measurable customer value.
Lead Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
- Act as the central point of connection between partners, engineering, product, design, sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Influence and align stakeholders across technical, commercial, and strategic domains—internally and externally.
- Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across all stages of integration development.
Manage the Full Lifecycle of Partner Products
- Own discovery, scoping, prioritization, development, launch, iteration, and—when necessary—sunsetting of integrations.
- Define and track success metrics including adoption, usage, customer impact, and business influence.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine integration and ecosystem strategy.
Enable Strategic & Go-To-Market Partnerships
- Identify partnerships where deep technical integration is not required but joint GTM, sales alignment, or workflow interoperability creates meaningful value.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to define positioning, enablement, and joint customer narratives.
- Ensure partner offerings are clearly packaged, discoverable, and understood by both customers and internal teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on partner integrations, platform ecosystems, or B2B technology partnerships.
- Proven track record of shipping partner-led, API-based, or integration-driven products with measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder and partner management skills, with the ability to navigate technical, commercial, and strategic discussions.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external organizations.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integration patterns, data flows, and platform ecosystems (no deep engineering expertise required).
- Strategic mindset with strong product judgment, especially around trade-offs between speed, scale, and long-term platform health.
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments and building new product functions or strategies from the ground up.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments; enterprise experience is a plus.
