About The Role:

Are you an experienced Product Delivery Manager with a passion for driving software development initiatives from planning to delivery? Do you excel at managing cross-functional teams, navigating complex dependencies, and ensuring that product roadmaps are executed on time? If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Planning & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring all product launches are well-coordinated, technically ready, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Delivery Roadmap Execution: Work closely with Product Managers to translate high-level product roadmaps into detailed, actionable release and delivery plans.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, GTM, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and readiness for every release.
  • Agile & Sprint Coordination: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define, track, and manage sprint deliverables, ensuring that release milestones are met.
  • Sprint Planning & Estimation: Coordinate with developers and Business Analysts to define sprint tasks, ensure accurate estimates, and help ensure timely delivery.
  • Resource & Capacity Planning: Collaborate with engineering leadership to understand team capacity and effectively allocate resources across multiple projects.
  • Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively track and mitigate potential bottlenecks, ensuring all dependencies are accounted for across teams.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensure all necessary internal teams (security, infrastructure, support, etc.) are prepared for product rollouts and post-release operations. Monitor post-release performance and address any issues that arise.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on release timelines, risks, and key milestones
  • Performance Tracking & Executive Reporting: Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) to track team efficiency, release success, and delivery timelines. Regularly generate reports and provide insights to executive leadership on progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements to optimize release efficiency, minimize disruptions, and improve delivery cadence.

Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years in technology project management, with a proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional projects in the software development space.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams, and to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and project management best practices.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide teams through complex challenges with a solid understanding of software development.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Skilled at identifying and managing risks and dependencies, ensuring that project timelines stay on track.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Tools Experience: Proficient in project management tools like JIRA/Confluence; experience with Lean, DevOps, and Agile practices is a plus.
