Job Summary:

The iLobby RevOps team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help drive a number of critical data integration initatives. You will be responsible for consolidating and transforming large volumes of historical client data across multiple systems, ensuring seamless connections using business-specific identifiers. This hands-on role will begin with data cleanup and system integration, but will evolve over time to focus on strategic analysis and reporting. By leveraging data to uncover insights into customer behavior, churn prevention, and revenue potential, you'll play a key role in shaping iLobby’s growth and empowering informed decision-making across the company.

Please note this is a 12-month contract position and has the potential to become a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities:

Initial Focus: Data Cleanup & Integration

  • Import and clean large sets of customer data from multiple sources, including Salesforce (SF), ERP systems, and legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Integrate and connect external data sets using unique identifiers across systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.) to create a unified, accurate database.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data during the integration process through validation checks and quality assurance procedures.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data workflows, processes, and integration methods to ensure transparency and consistency.

Transition to Strategic Analytics

  • As data is integrated, and you become the SME, develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that provide key insights into revenue performance, sales trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage integrated data to create reports that inform business decisions, focusing on areas like customer churn, purchasing habits, and revenue forecasting.
  • Work closely with teams across RevOps, Finance, and Tech to identify data-related challenges and implement solutions that drive operational improvements.
  • As the role evolves, help shape how data is used to tell meaningful stories that guide business decisions, providing actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of data systems and their interconnections.
  • Experience migrating data from one system to another.
  • Experience working with revenue operations or sales data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex data sets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
