This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least two days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager at iLobby, you’ll be a driving force in translating product strategy into impactful go-to-market plans that deliver measurable results. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across product, sales, marketing, and customer success to create positioning and messaging that resonate with the market. From leading product launches to enabling internal teams with the tools and insights needed to succeed, you’ll help shape how iLobby’s innovative solutions are presented and adopted in the market.
Responsibilities:
Product Subject Matter Expert:
- Liaise with the product team to secure product knowledge.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Craft compelling and differentiated messaging for our products.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with the cross-functional team, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Market Research & Insights:
- Regularly conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to help inform product roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
Product Content Creation:
- Develop internal and external marketing collateral and tools to educate GTM team.
- Develop tools for the GTM team, including decks, battlecards, and one-pagers to help them effectively position and sell our products.
- Partner with our Sales Enablement counterparts to help create effective product training.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in SaaS product marketing. A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role is essential to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
- Exceptional storytelling skills. You’ll translate complex product features into compelling messaging that sparks interest in the market while building excitement and trust with our customers.
- A collaborative mindset. Success in this role requires working seamlessly with cross-functional team members, so being a team player is non-negotiable.
- Strong multitasking abilities. With multiple initiatives on the go, you’ll need to manage competing priorities and keep everything moving forward.
- Research and analytical skills. Understanding evolving market needs and the competitive landscape is critical. You’ll gather data and insights to shape differentiation strategies and position our products effectively.
- Creative problem-solving. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box to drive product and feature adoption in innovative and impactful ways.
