This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least two days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.

Job Summary:

The iLobby RevOps team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team for a 6-month contract role, with potential to become a permanent position. You will play a crucial role in connecting different data systems using unique identifiers across the systems. This opportunity requires a combination of manual data work and the ability to propose innovative solutions for data integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of systems integration, data manipulation techniques, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, Finance, and Tech.

Impact you will make: This project is a huge milestone initiative for iLobby that will set the foundation for exponential growth. It will give the company access to previously unavailable and user-friendly data, empowering informed decision-making with a direct impact on customer data to drive conversations on churn prevention, purchasing habits, and revenue potential!

Please note this is a 6 month contract position that has an opportunity to lead to permanency

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data connection of external data sets from different systems, using unique identifiers across the systems.
  • Analyze and manipulate large sets of data to break them down into smaller, more manageable subsets.
  • Propose and implement solutions to address data integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with the RevOps, Finance, and Tech teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
  • Communicate data issues and discrepancies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide support in generating reports and conducting data analysis as required.
  • Maintain documentation of data processes, workflows, and system integrations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of data systems and their interconnections.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex data sets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with common data integration methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
