What We’re Looking For:

At iLobby we’re looking for individuals with a consultative approach to selling, who are inquisitive, ambitious, and intuitive learners. If you are a strong performer with Business or Sales Development experience and want to take your sales career to the next level, this is the opportunity for you.

This is an outstanding opportunity where you will be playing a major role in the creation of a sales pipeline for iLobby. If you have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment and you have an aptitude for learning new technologies, then once you have proven yourself as a top contributor to the sales organization, have the opportunity to join iLobby's Go-to Market Organization as an Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or whatever other available role best fits your skills set and passion.

This role is a hybrid position where you’ll be required to come into our office twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities increasing penetration within existing customer accounts through high-activity calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and other creative means to reach prospects and provide iLobby's value proposition.
  • Develop and update quality messaging and outreach tactics to attract new prospects to iLobby.
  • Use prospecting tools like SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Alyce, and Qualified to their maximum potential to generate a qualified pipeline of opportunities with your assigned accounts.
  • Explore customer accounts to identify new site locations and prospects, incorporating insights and details gathered from prior discussions with customer representatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the ADR role to management.
  • Convert existing account prospects into scheduled product demos with your Account Executives
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets.

Experience You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ year of Business/Sales Development experience selling technology.
  • 1+ year of previous experience in customer service, inside sales, prospecting or equivalent.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Unmatched work ethic - anything you don't know you'll make up for with hard work.
  • You're coachable, are eager to learn and willing to receive and implement feedback.
  • You are a highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set goals.
  • You are creative and take pleasure in composing emails and scripts that seamlessly integrate new information or showcase product advancements.
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Aptitude for technology and the ability to learn by doing.
