We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and relationship-obsessed Enterprise Account Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of transforming how governments adopt and implement technology. You’ll work with forward-thinking public sector leaders, sell into large agencies, and help scale solutions that make real-world impact.

What you’ll Do

  • Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to close and post-sale expansion
  • Build strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders, procurement officers, and public sector innovators
  • Collaborate with product, policy, and engineering teams to shape solutions that address public sector challenges
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales with long cycles, budgets, and procurement processes.
  • Deliver impactful product demos, proposals, and presentations that balance innovation with compliance
  • Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for needs and feedback internally
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets while contributing to a mission-driven sales culture

Who You’ll bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, B2G, or public sector verticals
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of government operations, procurement cycles, and compliance requirements
  • Empathetic communicator and strategic thinker with exceptional listening and presentation skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited to help shape a fast-growing startup’s go-to-market playbook
  • Self-starter with strong CRM hygiene (we use HubSpot/Salesforce) and sales best practices
  • Bonus: Experience selling GovTech, civic tech, or working in public service
