Why this role is important:

Igloo Software is transforming the digital workplace for frontline and desked employees. We are searching for a Head of Demand Generation to develop and execute programs that capture and nurture leads across paid search, SEO, events and other lead gen strategies. You will have experience building demand generation strategy for new products and/or companies. B2B SaaS targeting companies in Retail, Hospitality and/or Manufacturing is preferred.

Reporting to Igloo’s Chief Executive Officer and working collaboratively with internal and vendor teams, you will own all facets of demand and lead gen, strategy, execution, data analysis, and process improvements. This is a hands-on, player/coach role.

The impact you’ll have:

  • Revenue-Driven Demand/ Lead Generation: As a player/coach, develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, such as digital marketing (paid search and SEO), events, and webinars. Lead all inbound demand generation and sales funnel development activities.
  • Top of Funnel Lead Generation Expertise: As a player/coach, showcase deep expertise in lead generation by optimizing demand/lead channels and investments. Refine the end-to-end lead management processes.
  • Predictable, Scalable Operations: Build best-in-class ROI-based, measurable, KPI-driven demand gen programs and optimization of Lead to Opportunity funnel; create a predictable, scalable lead generation operation; Implement and report key weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics including traffic, lead generation, cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value, etc. to provide visibility into future performance.
  • Competitive Analysis and Market Understanding: Closely partner with Product Marketing to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends in Retail, Hospitality and Manufacturing.
  • Deep Analytical Ability: Employ data-driven insights to refine demand and lead generation strategies, focusing on capturing and engaging high-quality leads that align with our ICP.
  • Building Strong Partnerships: Strong partner with Sales and Product, building rapport and efficient communication to improve pipeline generation.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Act as a player/coach, directly contributing to marketing activities while also guiding and mentoring a small marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the team.

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years’ experience focused on lead and demand generation for a B2B SaaS business
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build highly predictable and scaleable lead generation and demand generation processes and programs.
  • Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding marketing goals and objectives.
  • Demand and lead generation experience targeting mid-market companies in frontline employee centered industries such as Retail, Hospitality and Manufacturing
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Product
  • Strong strategic thinking, tying lead generation activities to go-to-market strategy
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong business and marketing acumen and results-orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making.
