We’re recruiting a VP, Marketing to scale our business in the Canadian market. You’ll play a critical part in attaining our revenue objectives and delivering our company-wide goals, along with making our brand famous. We’re hiring across Canada and are open to applicants who prefer to work remotely!
There are several critical focus areas for this role:
1. Build and deliver a marketing strategy that enables us to meet all revenue targets; targeting a 5 x increase in our revenue by December 2028.
2. Collaborate across the company to optimize our revenue generation strategy, building channels that drive both immediate and long-term revenue.
3. Make our brand famous in Canada by increasing brand awareness & consideration.
4. Transform the revenue engine by delivering high quality leads for our sales team.

What will you be doing as the VP, Marketing?
As a senior member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the achievement of revenue goals through marketing initiatives. Key accountabilities include:
Strategy development and execution
- Build and execute our marketing strategy, ensuring we deliver on all key goals in market.
- Drive measurable results through performance marketing, ensuring an appropriate ROI from initiatives.
- Iterate on content strategy to build up organic traffic and explore SEO opportunities.
- Evaluate and refine the balance between sales-engaged and self-serve motions for acquiring customers.
- Enhance lead generation, conversion rates and contributions to pipeline/revenue growth
Leadership
- Lead the regional Marketing team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Scale the Marketing team as required, bringing in top talent to deliver on business needs
Metrics, performance tracking and reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the regional team, identify areas for improvement and share progress with the business.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with the wider GTM leadership team, CX and product leaders to maximize our performance in market and deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
Customer insights
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects, informing our product development strategy and other improvements.
What are we looking for?
The right candidate will be a seasoned Marketing leader with proven experience successfully scaling businesses in the region.
Technical & Industry Experience
- You’re an experienced Head of Marketing, VP Marketing or similar, with close to a decade of experience in fast-paced marketing environments, where you’ve been challenged to work at pace and respond to high change.
- You have an in-depth understanding of the Canadian market and have proven your ability to significantly grow brands in this region.
- You have aligned industry experience (B2B SaaS, marketplaces or fast-growth tech)
- You have extensive experience across multiple channels, including earned media, brand media, performance media, SEO, CRM, and website CRO.
- You’re proficient with a breadth of marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Braze, and Marketo.
- You have advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and other optimization techniques.
