Role description:

• Assist the Senior Leader in delivering professional assignments, in either new build or live operating business environments.
• Provide a broad spectrum of the professional and building consultancy services to our Clients in line with Arcadis, legislative and best practices.
• Assist with undertaking Technical Due Diligence surveys in relation to real estate investment activities.
• Documentation reviews to ensure statutory compliance of new and existing real estate assets.
• Maintain documentation control processes and regular reporting to the team members and clients.
• Actively network in the market and build client relationship base and contacts.
• Maintain excellent professional standards and role modelling Built Asset Consultant behaviours.
• Effective communication with Account Leaders, Sector communities and Commission Managers.
• Provide professional guidance and coaching support to the junior team members to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recognized degree in Building Surveying, Building Construction Management or related discipline
• Holder of a Chartered Membership professional status (e.g. HKIS, RICS, RPS) with at least 5 years’ post-qualification work experiences, preferably from surveying consultancy organization
• Fluent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and preferably Cantonese, but latter is not essential
• Mandarin would be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent time management to ensure any reporting deadlines can be suitably achieved
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Mature, self-motivated and team player
• Proficient in using MS Applications
