Role Overview

As a Construction Management Co-op Student on the Mobility team, you will support the delivery of infrastructure projects that improve transportation in Toronto. You’ll gain hands-on experience in construction project management, field coordination, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to large-scale mobility initiatives. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to impactful mobility projects in Toronto.

Mobility

Role accountabilities:

• Assist in managing construction activities, schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and change orders.
• Support stakeholder coordination and communication with contractors and clients.
• Review drawings and specifications, resolving on-site issues under guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program.
• Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and adhere to safety protocols.
