Role Overview
As a Construction Management Co-op Student on the Mobility team, you will support the delivery of infrastructure projects that improve transportation in Toronto. You’ll gain hands-on experience in construction project management, field coordination, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to large-scale mobility initiatives. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to impactful mobility projects in Toronto.

We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.
Role accountabilities:
- Assist in managing construction activities, schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and change orders.
- Support stakeholder coordination and communication with contractors and clients.
- Review drawings and specifications, resolving on-site issues under guidance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and adhere to safety protocols.
