角色描述：

Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.

Arcadis is seeking a lead interior designer to join its retail studio located in Beijing/Shanghai. This position collaborates with a diverse and creative team, dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving. This position requires someone who initiates design concepts and leads the development of design.

角色责任：

• Partners with the studio manager to establish a planning and design vision.
• Leads the design for multiple mixed-use projects primarily domestic.
• Presents and sells design solutions at client meetings and public hearings.
• Communicates openly, embrace mentorship, and nurture the next generation of designers.

资格和经验：

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional licensure preferred
• 10+ years as a "project lead designer" in Interior design field
• Portfolio of built work as a lead designer
• Advanced master-planning and building planning skills
• Ability to advance a design through all project phases – from concept to detail development
• Experience designing domestic, large scale mixed-use projects with a focus of expertise on Retail, Hotel, and Offices
• Understanding of market trends and ability to tailor designs to client’s business objectives
• Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and management of projects in China
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop
• Ability to balance the needs of projects with corporate goals
