We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Lifecycle Marketing to join our Growth team. As the Head of Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for leveraging push notifications, emails, and SMS to increase monthly active users and maximize revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, data analytics, and effective communication strategies. Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement campaigns using push notifications, emails, and SMS to drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Segment our user base and create personalized messaging and content based on user behaviour, preferences, and demographics.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue per user, and lifetime value, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create onboarding campaigns to guide new users through the product experience, increase their understanding and usage, and drive early adoption.
  • Implement targeted campaigns to increase user retention and reduce churn, including personalized re-engagement messages and win-back campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify at-risk users and implement proactive measures to retain them.
  • Implement revenue-focused campaigns to increase user monetization, including upselling, cross-selling, and promotions.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in lifecycle marketing, user retention, and revenue optimization in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience with push notification, email marketing, and SMS marketing platforms. Experience with Iterable preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking using tools such as Amplitude and Google Analytics. SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach and a strong understanding of user behavior and psychology.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks related to data privacy and marketing communications.
