Required Technical Skills:
- 3+ years experience leading/managing software development teams.
- Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in and guide technical discussions, or be hands-on when needed.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for partnering with Product, Design, and other stakeholder teams.
- Proven ability to align roadmap with business objectives.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SOC2 Controls and Implementation.
- Experience with AWS, Postgres, Heroku.
- Familiarity with observability tools
